Solution

The abbreviation „KK“ stands for the German „Konnektivitätskoordination“ (“connectivity coordination”) and describes a provider change where a domain is switched from one provider to another without interrupting operations. The expression is outdated. The German DeNIC is using “ChProv” (“change provider”) instead. International registries normally use “transfer”.

To transfer a domain from your current provider to Bitpalace (domain transfer), many German providers require a form (the “KK application”). In the real world you will only need the “auth info code”, an alphanumeric character sequence. This auth info code will be handed to you after filing the KK application; at some providers you can obtain the code from your webspace’s control panel. To transfer your domain enter the auth info code into the “Transfer an existing domain name from another provider” field in your order.
