Cause
You are using a wrong login name or a wrong password. Bitpalace Bugtracker is not your web server ControlPanel, but a business process management tool for everything that is related with your Bitpalace customer account. You can have different services, login names and passwords für your web operations. As Bitpalace Bugtracker is an independent system, you will have a different login name there and a password that you had once set yourself.
Solution
Your Bitpalace Bugtracker login name is normally a concatenation of your first and your last name, both written in small letters and without spaces or special characters, e.g. „johndoe“, „janedoe“. The exact loginname is mentioned in the server installation mail that you received when your contract started. With the link mentioned you once gave yourself a password.
If you use the correct login name but have forgotten the password, please mail Bitpalace support to obtain a new Bitpalace Bugtracker invitation.
