Solution
You can carry out the configuration manually or semi-automatically. This article describes the semi-automatic setup using a QR code.
1. Log into the webspace control panel.
2. Click on the “Mail” menu.
3. In the list of mail accounts, click on the "Info" icon on the right-hand side of the line:
4. You will be shown a selection of configuration aids for your mailbox. Click "Mail (iOS) on an iPhone or iPad".
5. Scan the QR code or click the link underneath it. Your device will ask you to confirm that the external link can be accessed ("This website is trying to load a configuration profile. Allow it?"). Please agree.
6. Click on “Profile loaded”.
7. Select the profile you just loaded and click “Install”.
8. The device may ask for your device unlock code. Enter the unlock code and click “Install” or “Continue”.
9. Enter the password for your mailbox and click on "Next".
