Your domain transfer order will be typically processed by Bitpalace within four hours. Your domain will stay connected and accessible during the transfer.
After your domain name has been transferred it might take another few hours until routers on the Internet have noticed the new route. Some surfers will still be directed to your old web space. E-Mails could also be delivered to your old web space for a few hours. This behavior is typical for the Internet and cannot be influenced by Bitpalace.
For CNOBI domains and other generic top-level domains, the transferring provider has five days to actually surrender the domains. Most other providers wait until this deadline expires. As a rule, such domains cannot be transferred immediately, but are only transferred here by your current provider five days after the order has been placed.
