Bitpalace recommends that you create your own data backups in your own external FTP storage area. There you can determine how long your data backups are to be kept. You can restore your data from your own backup quickly and free of charge. You will receive free support on request.
In addition, your files, directories, databases and mailboxes are backed up daily on an external storage device as part of our own disaster recovery backup. These data backups are kept by Bitpalace for at least 14 days and can be restored from any of the backup days. Restores from the nightly Bitpalace Disaster Recovery Backup are chargeable because of the high expenditure on staff and resources and can take up to 24 hours.
Do not rely on the Bitpalace Disaster Recovery Backup alone. Always make your own backups of your websites, databases and mailboxes. Only restores from your own backup are quick and free.
