Symptom
You want to perform a "reboot", i.e. pause and restart the server services.
Solution
A reboot is not possible in shared hosting because the server services are managed centrally. It is unnecessary, too. Configuration changes are automatically loaded at runtime, and in the very rare case of a brief interruption, services are automatically restarted.
