Bitpalace backs up your webspace content, databases, mailboxes including emails daily. All content can be restored for at least 14 days. Restores from your own backups are free of charge. You can also receive free support for it. Restores from the nightly Bitpalace desaster recovery backup need to be charged due to the high expenditure of time and resources. Please contact us for details.
Backing up takes place outside of your webspace and into an external system, so that in the unlikely event of a total outage, a copy of the content exists elsewhere. Therefore, you cannot restore the data yourself from your web space control panel. Please contact Bitpalace support for restores.
