Symptom
You have registered a domain with another provider. This domain shall work with your Bitpalace hosting plan.
Solution
1) First determine the IP address of your Bitpalace web space: Log-in to your web space control panel. Select any existing domain. In the line underneath the domain name you find your IPv4 address.
2) Click the “Add domain” button in the web space control panel. Enter the domain name that you have registered with another provider. Save the configuration. The web server will be instructed to react on requests for that domain name. This setting will become active within 15 minutes.
3) In the name server entry of your domain at the provider where you have registered the domain name, enter the IPv4 address from step (1). Propagation of a changed IP address through the Internet can take several hours. Afterwards the domain will point to your Bitpalace web space.
