Symptom
You want to manage one or more mailboxes in your Bitpalace webspace account. However, you would like to have some other mail addresses sent to another provider, e.g. GMail or MS Office365.
Solution
Unfortunately, this is not possible because in domain name service only domain names can be distinguished, but not individual mail addresses, if incoming mails are to be routed. E-mails can either arrive in the mail system here or in the mail system of another provider, but not partially in one or in the other.
As a workaround, you could forward incoming mails individually based on heir recipient address to other mailboxes. However, such redirects can cause significant spam and blacklisting problems. We advise against this special solution.
