Symptom
After you have logged in to your customer control panel, tabs, icons and other settings seem tob e missing. Maybe you cannot see the “Websites & Domains” tab or maybe the “FTP Access” icon is missing.
Cause
You have logged in with a user name that does not have administrator permissions for your webspace. For instance, if your login with a mailbox name, you can only configure some aspects of that mailbox that do not need administrator permissions, but you cannot configure your webspace.
Solution
Please check the login name. If it does not begin with a “cu-“ it is not the correct administrator loginname. Your login name by that you can control the features of your webspace, starts with “cu-“.
